On Saturday, SMC faced off against Cal Poly Humboldt. The Gaels engaged in a fierce battle that tested their skills and determination. Facing a formidable opponent, Saint Mary’s exhibited remarkable resilience and teamwork, ultimately emerging victorious with a hard-fought 8-4 triumph. Carrying their winning momentum into Sunday's matchup against Southern Oregon University, the Gaels delivered an impressive performance that left no doubt about their dominance. From the opening whistle, Saint Mary’s asserted their control over the game, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive solidity.
